</a>
</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">
<p style="text-align: left;">Social Networking Sites like <a href="http://www.Twitter.com/RamitNarang" target="_blank">Twitter</a> and <a href="http://www.facebook.com/ramitnarang" target="_blank">Facebook</a> have been great for Networking and Marketing.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">But did you know that Parents are now using these social sites to virtually &#8220;stalk&#8221; their kids ?</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">We reviewed a show by The Onion News Network, a mock news show online, that recently had a show on how networking sites like FaceBook and Twitter could be used by parents to keep tabs on them.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><strong><span id="more-146"></span></strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Have to admit Gloria, the E Mom on the show does go a little overboard with her stalking of her son. But one must realize that these actually could be used by real stalkers to keep tabs on you. So its important to laugh while you watch the video YET be smart and take measures that prevent yourself from being stalked.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">
<p style="text-align: left;">Take a look at the video and let us know what you think of it.  Makes you wonder really who is that person following you on your profile.  Are you being stalked ?</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">
<p align="center"><object classid="clsid:d27cdb6e-ae6d-11cf-96b8-444553540000" width="480" height="430" codebase="http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=6,0,40,0"><param name="allowfullscreen" value="true" /><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always" /><param name="wmode" value="transparent" /><param name="src" value="http://www.theonion.com/content/themes/common/assets/onn_embed/embedded_player.swf?image=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.theonion.com%2Fcontent%2Ffiles%2Fimages%2FE-Mom_article_9_1.jpg&amp;videoid=97699&amp;title=How Social Networking Sites help parents keep an eye on their kids" /><param name="flashvars" value="image=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.theonion.com%2Fcontent%2Ffiles%2Fimages%2FE-Mom_article_9_1.jpg&amp;videoid=97699&amp;title=How Social Networking Sites help parents keep an eye on their kids" /><embed type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="480" height="430" src="http://www.theonion.com/content/themes/common/assets/onn_embed/embedded_player.swf?image=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.theonion.com%2Fcontent%2Ffiles%2Fimages%2FE-Mom_article_9_1.jpg&amp;videoid=97699&amp;title=How Social Networking Sites help parents keep an eye on their kids" flashvars="image=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.theonion.com%2Fcontent%2Ffiles%2Fimages%2FE-Mom_article_9_1.jpg&amp;videoid=97699&amp;title=How Social Networking Sites help parents keep an eye on their kids" wmode="transparent" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true"></embed></object></p>
<p align="center">
<p style="text-align: left;">Now if this video was not enough. There are ways someone could &#8220;follow you&#8221; on twitter without you actually seeing them as following you on twitter.  There is a site called <a href="http://tweetstalk.com/" target="_blank">tweetstalk</a> which allows you to follow someone on twitter without them knowing you are following them. Its basically works with a firefox add on.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Now if you&#8217;re looking for a professional stalker then yahoo pipes can be used  quite effectively, but we&#8217;re not going to show you how.</p>
