Unless mentioned all services offered for purchase on our website are non refundable or exchangeable after purchase.  If you have purchased a consultation session and have not availed it yet, you can contact us for a full reimbursement within 1 hour of purchase. Tickets for Events are non refundable nor exchangeable.

After the 1 hour period you will no longer be eligible to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to discuss their requirements with us prior to their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
